Role: Research Executive

Responsible for supporting the delivery of research projects from inception to editing and production of final reports.
This involves:
- Generating research and ideas and contributing to the evolution of the research agenda
- Collect and analyse industry data on a weekly/monthly basis
- Managing all research related queries on behalf of the team and escalating where necessary.
- Assisting the Research Project Managers to compile the brief for projects with the support of your manager. i.e. scope, objectives, requirements, outputs and deliverables)
- Researching and evaluating potential third party suppliers for use on research projects (academic or commercial)
- Helping to oversee the research process and giving guidance to suppliers where needed;
- Checking and editing research reports
- Executing the print process with the support of your manager. This would include managing typesetting process, proofing and signing off on final glossy document.
- Working with the Communications and Events teams to manage the publication process and associated publicity.
Role: Interim HR Director ( 3 days per week - long term contract)

Overall responsibility for both the day-to-day management and strategic development of the SLC Group’s Human Resources, Recruitment and Training functions. In addition to providing line management and supervision of staff in both departments, they will lead on major strategic developments, such as a review of the company’s organisational structure and definition and implementation of a Group HR strategy fit for an expanding business. They will also be expected to demonstrate a senior level of competence in relation to employee relations and provide HR advice to managers in the organisation when dealing with complex staffing issues, including contracts with TUPE and acquisitions.
