Chris Highton founded Stratton in 2002 to deliver high-quality, value-added HR services to clients in the telco/media and hi-tech industries. Within just a few years, Stratton broadened its client base to include SMEs in financial services, education, marketing services, and many other sectors.

With an innovative pricing model and an in-depth understanding of industry needs, the business grew apace and established offices in Thame, Oxfordshire in 2004.

In early 2005, Anna Cornwallis left Accenture to join Stratton, bringing the in-depth HR expertise to develop the complete HR service Stratton delivers to the SME marketplace today.
